Mineral Deficiency, not sure what!

Hello all,

I am writing because I have a digestion problem which I believe is due to a lack of certian minerals. A long story but these most recent problems started with me taking vitamin d. Prior to taking vitamin D I did not have many sensitivities at all. Post taking vitamin D my digestion is horrendous. My digestion is so horrendous that in order to not upset my stomach I need to take probiotics (acid) with chlorella (alkaline).

Vitamin D - This stuff wrecks me, 2000 IU's/d was enough to absolutely wreck me. Even 500 Iu's and I am brain fogged I pretty much become dysfunctional for the day if not days after that, and at 26 I have a lot of things to do. Must avoid. My adrenals are shot when I take this, my digestion dies (unformed stool). My stomach acid non-existant. I can't take multi-vitamins due to their vitamin D content. I can't absorb anything and it has had a lasting effect. It i could go back to the past and tell myself one supplement NOT to take it would be vitamin D.

I have IBS and a definite lack of stomach acid. I can't 100mg of magnesium without it disrupting my digestion.

If I take it with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar then it does the trick for absorption. PROBLEM is, I have definitely skewed my mineral balance.

Here is what is most interesting... to me so far... If I take acid supplements of any kind, Betain HCL, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), l-glutathione, N-acetyle cysteine, my energy actually goes WAY DOWN and my stomach acid goes way down as well - sounds backwards yes. This HAS to be a deficiency in something but I can't figure it out. Basically, I have to be careful with any supplement I take now because it could just wreck my digestion - even Iodine shuts down my stomach acid. WTF?!

- I have to take A LOT of salt to balance the magnesium I am taking, that seems to help with my adrenals slightly. I think I was actually getting too much potassium I was crushing water melons so I cut back on those.

- I can't digest citrus or citric acid in the slightest... so lemon juice for increasing stomach acid is completely out of the question, same with orange juice and then any canned or packaged foods with citric acid in it are a no go, as well as any citrate minerals. I really want to figure out what I'm lacking that is causing this citrus reaction as I never used to have it before. Vitamin b5 hasn't done anything for me.

- I am very anxious because of the way I am feeling during the day (very shitty) and used to be able to take lysine to calm me but now it just ruins my digestion.

- Also, I can't tolerate the additives in supplements... Any solution for this?

Anyways, thanks for reading and I hope someone might have some experience or knowledge about what deficiencies might be causing the above symptoms. Could it be as simple as a calcium deficiency?

Thank you again
