thank you so much for getting back to me guys! yes I do need to fix up my teeth it's a must and will be doing it soon.

I did get tonsillitis a few weeks ago and did take Antibiotics too and right after I finished the Antibiotics I got a chronic sinus infection and did see results buy putting coconut oil in sinus (I believe I might of had a deep sinus infection for years) but my symptoms did not all point to sinus. I'm all most cured from chronic brain fog chronic anxiety/depression/panic attacks

but now I'm fighting this thing with my guts, I did go a bit crazy with Sugar after the Antibiotics and the CS just fuct me up even more to the point I got crazy pains from the left kidney area and my back was so FUC**G SORE, my got I was all most in tears, I could not sit down as it made things worse so I went to doctors and got blood test and urine test, I got to go back in a few days but I never get results from doctors.

So I don't know if I had some crazy inflammation that was cousing this or even kidney stones... but most likely inflammation somewhere in the digestive system.

When I did get the server back pain I did drink some ACV + lemon juice + water and the pain got so much better, so been taking digestive enzymes and ACV and no Sugar lots of water and little food like soups/juicing and been seen great results from the hell I was in only a few days ago.
