Want to deal with pain more effectively and safely?

now every time I swallow even small amounts of CS I get gurd/ibs symptoms and I get a burning feeling about 2 inches above belly button.

Listen to your body. Doesn't matter what you're taking. If it has a negative effect, quit taking it.
