Ah, so the poster was right to ask for prayers. Arn't you lucky we listened. Take care. My brother in law had another heart attack 6 years after his operation. He did not listen and kept on doing what caused his heart to fail the first time. This was followed by 5 strokes. He is currently in a nursing home. Nothing like giving good news. Dean Ornish follows the 10% fat rule. Maybe something to consider.
