I just take one dose per day. On an empty stomach, at night, just before bed. I take 2 pills of 2000FU Nattokinase. 1 pill of Serapeptase enzyme 120,000 SPU. 1 pill of K2 from MenaQ7. All at the same time.

I donated some blood today to the Red Cross.My blood pressure was 110/80! I won't have to take my blood pressure medication today.

You can take as much as you need of the Serapeptase. Some take over 1,000,000 SPU per day. Just start out slow. So you don't overwhelm your liver from too much detox. It's possible you could have a reaction to it also.

After your little pile up you might be too scared to try this. Just do your due diligence. You can look this up on Utube.

The only side effect I've had from these supplements is better, clearer, less mucus breathing and less inflammation.
