I forgot to add I've done coffee enemas twice this week. They're easy to do if you have a stainless steel bucket. Today I added aloe vera juice to the coffee and I always do 2 warm water enemas followed by 2 organic coffee retention enemas. This helps to clear my skin and makes me feel great afterwards.

I'm not sure if any stones have come out from these but I'm hoping they have and I just haven't noticed. Tweet
