Read my reply to him. There will be no magical cure to candida, there must be a diet change. It takes healing the gut, which takes diet and time. People who have had candida once will always be prone to getting it again, so you will always have to limit Sugar for the rest of your life. I can eat junk occasionally without a flare up because most of my diet is green. Tweet
