What do I need to say to my doctor in order to get an ELISA test for various parasites?

I had this systemic infection for years now and just recently, I tried getting another regular blood test and my eosinophil count was low. Okay, so that's what I expected. Now how would I convince my doctor to give me an ELISA test ?
Also, which type of test should I ask for? I tried doing the ICU protocol (Albendazole and Invermectin) and that didn't help at all. My symptoms includes irritations underneath scalp and my sinuses and orbital eye socket feels like there's something there. All throughout my body, I feel these little pricks and pressures although there is no visible sign on the skins. At times, I just want to lay in bed cause I feel so lightheaded and dizzy. The pain in unbearable at times and I have to ask myself. "Why me?" Could this be a roundworm infection or a tapeworm?? What test should I ask for and how would I inform the doctor that I need one?
