So if you were doing The Master Cleanser Diet (40 days), when would you do the the parasite cleanse? (I have Dr. Shultz Detox, Kidney, and Liver/Gall bladder cleanse, but can't figure out what order I should do them in. To me it looks like his parasite cleanse IS the Liver/Gall bladder cleanse.)
