I manage it decently too. My lips look very normal especially with the Bepanthen and the only affected part is where they meet, which you'll notice if I open my lips. I have to agree with your optimistic thoughts, but it's a lot harder to do especially with those who have very severe cases. Other's lips would balloon up size, have very noticeable fordyce spots, have their whole lips raw and inflamed etc. you get the idea.
