Unless you are still using similar cosmetics, similar chemicals, similar toothpaste or a toothpaste with similar ingredients, or unless you are still using similar laundry detergent with similar ingredients, you could safely say your ec is not triggered by your immediate environment.



Yes, there are many "if"s here, toothpaste ingredients tend to be similar across the world (SSL, parabens, BPA), laundry detergents tend to be similar across the world (similar detergents), many cosmetics tend to have similar ingredients across the world (SSL, parabens, BPA), shampoos tend to have similar ingredients across the world (SSL, parabens, BPA), so if you now try to eliminate all those factors, and you still see no change in your EC, than you can safely conclude that your EC is more related to something else, and that something else may as well be something in your food or something in your drinks.
