Re: Great!

Yes I intend to go very slowly, I found my initial ec 'breakout' was quite mild, I believe it was due to toxicity as I was taking ketaconzole which is very hard on the liver. Then my ec was exacerbated by peeling the lips over and over, so there is secondary trauma. I have left certain portions of the lip to heal and they have but are still inflamed but don't peel, which leaves me to believe there is still inflammation in the body, other parts of the lip I have not left alone and have peeling prematurely because I need to live my life, have not healed, so I am doing all of this together because I believe the toxicity and trauma are the primary causes.

I do coffee enema's once or twice a week now, although a while ago I was very ill, I would do them almost every day and found them extremely beneficial, I always get lots of stones out even just from enemas and I would always throw a couple of VSL probiotic satchels and do a retention enema after. I was doing so well for ages but n the last year my health has gone downhill due to poor eating habits and lifestyle, and here I am back at square one, although this is motivating me to not stop until my health is at a very very safe level, and then maintain it for the rest of my life. Unfortunately I'm not one of those lucky people who can eat and drink whatever they want, and i don't think I ever will be. I have sneezing fits just looking at carbs haha.

The ec started about 3 weeks after I moved in to a new apartment. There was a water leak in the ceiling which I believe is harbouring toxic mould (something I am extremely allergic to and has always made me very very ill), I don't know if the mould has contaminated the water, or if it's merely just me breathing it in? But I think that has a lot to do with it. I'm moving state in 2 weeks coincidentally, so I'll see if that affects my condition.

Is there anything else that you think I could do to maximise healing? I have a definite candida issue, but I know that it's more immune based than anything.
