You will need to peel off one parasite at a time. The enzymes of flukes make treating roundworms impossible, I tried dozens of ways, Fluke enzymes block effective treatment of other worms. My strategy in this situation is to control the roundworm eggs, in the blood, lymph, and GI while you deal with Flukes First.

I consider that dosing levels, and duration of worm killing will be much easier using papain and papaya seed.
