My regimen

Hi Pariah34 My current regimen I am on an anti-yeast anti-candida diet I also trying some other remedies topically on my lips. My peeling cycle is about every 12 days and thank God it is papery thin but still gets on my nerves when they do, but I am not hassled by them. When and if what I am currently doing works 100% will post what I did,until then feel haven't got much to say so I have been away from the forum for a while doing my diet, also I read it takes 8 months to 1 year to clear yeast/candida from body so am giving it time to work.
