I had a ct scan done before using the prazi due to the possibility of cyst - was not an issue so we did continue treatment - I had already done several rounds of vermox- and then albendezole - two weeks on then three weeks off - also did inhalation of meds- everything was compounded by a pharmacist. I had parasite in my sinus area - if you read my previous posts. They were not fungal or mucous or other objects people confuse with a parasite - I very much recall it was ridged like an earthworm - about half the thickness of my pinky finger and three inches in length and a triangle head as well as dark blue black color- I assumed it was blood so not sure if it was hook or tape but definately not something that should be there.I had been using saline rinses for some time and always felt like there was something in my sinus. At the same time I did have fungal infections - and bacterial - a lot of ent infections caused mastoiditis and a cholesteatoma along with a ruptured tympanic membrane - . I did get surgery for that. My naturopath treated me for parasitic infection in 2012 and in 2015 a gastro finally added the infection to my med history- this was a real victory for me as I had been treated like I was a crazy person thinking I had parasites by the med community prior to treament.For me my medical situation it is not uncommon to have parasitic infection - I am immune deficient so my body has no natural protection against any type of infection wether it be parasitic, fungal bacterial or viral. I am doing well now as I have really good docs and really good care- aparently this type of diagnosis (2013) is a serious life threatpening condition and it gets quick attention from the med community. Finally after I almost died just because they would not believe I had parasites.... I tell people they should deworm annually just as a matter of protection
