Please Help With Diagnosis

Hi,
I ate something at an Asian restaurant 14 months ago that has given me intestinal pain, pressure, and a lot of gas ever since.
For the last 8 months I've also had small isolated muscle (or tendon) twitching / spasms sporadically in muscles from feet to face.

I have been to several Drs, had blood & stool tests, scopes, but no diagnosis.

I am trying to narrow down what type of infection this could be. I assume that what was in my intestines has disseminated.

I also have strong fatigue, which affects my employment and I don't want to harbor these things any longer than necessary because I know some parasites can do great damage over time.

I hope someone could give me some educated guesses (ex: strongyloides ) so that I could try different Rxs and get rid of whatever is in there.
I've tried some drugs, but some were from overseas and I don't know if they were genuine.
I'm at the point of treating this on my own.
I plan on taking every parasite Rx that might apply to my condition until I find one that works.
