Sorry to read about your misery, this is not a very nice way to go through life. You may have more going on than parasites, and need to have medical intervention.

I suggest you seek out a clinic in a nearby hospital who do public service. There are many clinics who work directly with the public, and do not charge. You will be given a priority if the symptoms are severe enough.

There are only a small handful of worms that will cause these symptoms in humans, and they come from other animals, which I suspect you are in close vicinity with, if helminths are indeed involved.
