Re: Facing leaky Gut problem

If anyone thinks healing the colon is easy, they couldn't have had much of a problem to begin with. If you're young and have fairly healthy, that's probably you. We have to consider vaccinations being a culprit, too. All that you mention is helpful to me, too, as it's been a very long journey. To quote Dr. Sutter "the ascending colon is hard to clean out" After nearly 9 years I am discovering that it is true. You may think you got it all and then realize several years later that you didn't and you have a source of infection. I took drugs for a while that destroyed the digestive tract. Poor eating habits over the years, emotional upsets (believe it or not) or too much stress are some things that will affect the health of your digestive tract. It's important to stay on the LBB AKA Schulze #1 formula until you have what Schulze calls normal bowel activity which is 2 BM' a day with regular eating. Otherwise, you may have problems b/c of the lack of peristaltic action. I started using his Herbalmucil ( a new product of his) and found out part of my digestive tract was pencil thin for a good 5-6 inches. Is it just in one place? Hard to say, but you don't clean out very well under those circumstances. We don't and can't depend on the medical to let us know these things. They can't, and they won't. It's good to keep a vigil on how your bowels are functioning along with making permanent lifestyle changes in your eating habits and everything else.
Another quote by Dr. Sutter: "having once stood, stand". Take responsibility for your own health. To quote Dr. Schulze: "What you do today depends on what your health looks like tomorrow". All very good advice. It's too easy to fall back into old habits, so "make the changers gradually and stick to them" is also Schulze's advice.
