I am taking Beet Kvass regularly as probiotic as this is easier for me to prepare compared to Sauerkraut. I am not taking any dairy or yeast forming products, so no kefir.
Taking soil bacteria regularly has been helping me. I will look at Prescript Assist for further restoring gut.
I will also continue taking Slippery Elm and look at Dr Schulz and Barefoot's formulas.
