sorry to message you three times but I read you should not Liver Flush when your severly constipated is this true??I did try coffee enemas they just gave me more gas and more pressure bloating thought they may help my liver and gallbladder but they made me worse did you suffer from thirst with your constipation ever since this has started I get excessive thirst its awful I drink so much mineral water a day to
