quite a lot if you take to much you get diarhea and that makes the gas pains worse my whole intestine is packed with old poo so I was hopeing to to find out if anyone had this problem because my bowels are very slow and also my gut flora is little on low side and my gallbladder is not functioning its nightmare as probotics make things worse
