I had concentration issues before I started a vegan diet. I think that was part of the reason that I wanted to try eating plant-based. I do think that I've possibly gotten worse, but I don't know the cause. I've had some stressful events over the last 4-5 years, so they may have contributed to my issues. I know this will sound strange, but I have a lot of difficulty with change. I guess it's OCD related. This will make it very uncomfortable to make dietary adjustments. Do you think it would be worthwhile to get lab work done? Anything specific?
