Do Dr. Clark's protocol with zapper---she has provisions to follow for life time prevention/deparasiting. It's NOT HARD, but it kept me parasite free for 11+ years until I decided to stop zapping once a week, and the beef liver flukes carrying the cancer fungus grew to proportions that I ended up with cancer. Thus I am quite certain that ZAPPING is absolutely critical.
