Cleanse: good disposition versus outdated dogma, a clear choice

I am so happy that it helped you!
I had a strong intuition it would, based on the description of your discomfort.
I wish Shelton would be alive to read your post and would be happy for True North fasting advisers reading it as well :)
It takes sometimes not much to spare the body and mind unnecessary suffering and make you feel so much better in every respect!
Shelton was writing in his later work that enema were "enervating" (meaning wasting his patients' strength) - a word that every enema-denier now pastes in their posts.
Shelton did it from one extreme to the other - at first administering colonics everyday to everyone, then decided his doing no colonic for no-one ... I truly believe that "enervating" is tossing and turning and not sleeping for days because a sticky matter can't be thrown out from one's insides.
Only those who have never had major intestinal congestion, as well as those who had never experienced a totally empty intestines, can adhere to a never-a-cleanse-approach.
Good job! Keep it up.
