I don't think you need to worry. I'd think it's stuff that needs to find its way out.
Post fast I'd take care to have regular (more than normal elimination) with fiber at every meal and aids like herbs, magnesium citrate/sulfate/chloride and adopt anti-inflammatory diet. Rough fiber like cabbage maybe too much, but juiced, steamed or fermented is healing. Next fast would be easier if you take care to empty the whole GIT beforehand.
