Holy shit...I had EC for years after taking a course of accutane. I cured myself over the past few months by following some advice I read on this site. I came back just to see how much success other people had with this method and it looks like no one else tried it.

put it in the search bar and read what other people have said about them. I had tried tons of probiotics to no avail before this worked.

If you have E.C and have not tried it give it a go. I bought mine off amazon but they might be carried in some health stores as well.

No more peeling or turning what with water. Lip elasticity is normal. No longer afraid of cold weather or harsh winds. Still have fordyce spots but no longer care about them.

Literally had E.C for 6-7 years before this.
