I thought I read that Miracle-Mineral-Supplement stays in the body for an hour, that is why you take a sip of it every hour for like eight or nine hours to keep it in your system.

I used hydrogen peroxide 35% I use a tablespoon I dilute it in just a little bit of water I rub DMSO all over my gums then I put the water peroxide mixture on it let it soak in deep hold in my mouth twenty minutes since that is supposed to be the number of minutes it takes to kill pathogens, then I spit it out. Of course I'm so careful I put a paper towel on the counter and put gloves on since it the hydrogen peroxide at this concentrated level burns and turns your skin white temporarily so use WITH CAUTION it is not anything like 3% Tweet
