Years of flushes. This time - no stones

I've been doing the flushes annually, for almost 20 years. I used to get out a lot of stones. However, I missed a couple of year. And I they were rough, stressful years (my eating habits suffered too).
This year I prepped with a few colonics prior. I zapped for weeks at home and did a major hour parasite zapping at my holistic place the day of. I did the ten day lemon juice Master Cleanser (which I faithfully do every year for over 20 years), coffee enemas, saunas (both infra red and dry) followed by a week of detox soup and juices. I also used Olive Gold 03 and Black-Walnut tincture added in with the grapefruit and oil.
I did everything precise - timing wise. And nothing. No stones at all this time?
I don't know if it's because I am pretty clean and healthy?
Or am I fooling myself?
