Scabies & bed bugs are totally different.

Bed bugs can easily be seen, they usually hide in the mattress seams and in the bedding.

Scabies are microscopic in size and can't be seen with the naked eye. They hide under the skin burrowing tunnels to lay eggs. The newly hatched scabies hide in molts on the skin.
