Still got parasite and acid reflux after 40 day fast.

Recently done a 40 day fast, my 4 th fast overall. Had a test afterwards and I still have a Blastocystis hominis infection, how do I get rid of this damm thing? I've done all the parasite cleanses, Hulda Clark etc etc.

Also, since the fast, I've had constant acid reflux, something I've never had before. Kinda frustrating.
