I have been doing coffee enemas almost daily more than a year.
I had a metabolic VO2Max test done about a month ago. My fat burning was extremely high (1.35g/min). I am preparing for an ironman and I am very fit and heathy and weigh currently 65 kg at 1.76m at age 53. For me, the coffee enemas work really well and I still have to find any negative side effects at all. If Wikepedia quotes these things without a source you should challenge it with them.
