I never heard of this. Dr. Sherry Rogers MD suggest taking two daily coffee enemas for a long period of time for a good detoxification.

I have used coffee enema daily for a period of 3 months, which was a good liver cleansing for me. My main concern in taking coffee enemas is that it is done properly. For more info please read my blog, titled " My challenge" , link below.
