Upper endoscopy shows everything is normal but I still feel fullness and slow digestion. What else can I suffer?

Hi,

I went to get upper endoscopy test a week ago. The result shows that my stomach is normal.

However, I've still felt uncomfortable after every meal since the test. Doctor told me I'm fine lol really?

If problem is not from the stomach, then what else I can suffer?

I feel uncomfortable every time after eating. Fullness, slow digestion, feels like food is there for 2 hours.

I don't have pain or Gerd or anything, just feel fullness like food sits there for hours before it's completely digested, it's so uncomfortable.

Can it be parasites, or sibo or other things?
Should I also have colonoscopy done too?
