Hello.
I have Low Cortisol in the morning but normal Cortisol in the afternoon and evening. I am sensitive to supplements and medications. I feel very fatigued and foggy headed in the morning and most days I don't feel rested. Sometimes I wake with a fast beating heart and feel anxious and hypoglycemic. I also have low Blood Pressure. I am wondering how I can get my morning Cortisol and Blood Pressure up. Thanks!
