I assume you are a young adult. I'd expect a middle aged or older adult to "crash" with fatigue later in the day or after a couple of stressful days. I went through something similar although was spared really nasty anxiety.
Have you ever tried some adrenal *cortex* glandular and low dose pregnenolone?
I bet you'll have to start with low doses and gradually work up to needed levels.
I think you'd be wise to get followup tests of preg and downstream hormones to see how your body is converting them.
Some people end up with high DHEA--not necessarily DHEA-S(ulfate). We see that fairly often in the heavy metal detox groups. It seems that the toxins damage liver sulfation, and probably much more.
Doing anything for the anxious feelings--magnesium glycinate,
Epsom Salt foot bath, GABA, diet that restricts stimulants, phenols, etc?
Doing anything to address stressful aspects of your lifestyle?
You might feel better when taking smaller meals and healthy snacks between them. Learn about the glycemic index of foods and eat more of foods that "burn" more slowly. This was helpful to me.
You might need more electrolytes--sodium and potassium. One of the adrenal cortex hormones--aldosterone-- is involved in regluation of them. Sports drinks have electrolytes but will likely also have too much sugar. Some people make their own sports drink.
You have much to learn but you have some leads.
