Re: Don't break with the flush... take a few days to
Liver flush okay?????????????
It appears the you are focusing on a few negative experiences.
By far in my personal experience and reading the forums for 3 years the experiences have been positive by a large if not overwhelming majority.
What you hafta keep in mind is that a large number if not the majority of people that come to these forums have mistreated their body's their whole lives and then get sick and or overweight and expect a magic bullet cure/solution and/or drop 50 lbs in 2 weeks from the different cleanses including the
Master-Cleanse and LFs. These cleanses are not magic cure-all bullets but are just >>tools<< that prepare your system for it to heal itself by getting rid of the accumulated toxins in your system that hinder it from attaining it's natural state of health. That is the whole premise and true modus operandi behind any form of fasting and or cleansing
You can't expect to do
Liver Flushes and still eat bacon and mayonaise sandwiches and all kinds of chemically laden processed foods and have these cleanses do any good or on the
Master-Cleanse all the people that treat it as a weight loss diet and not realising that if they go back to their eating habits not only will they gain the weight back but possibly put on more than they lost because of the inherent affect of any form of fasting slowing the metabolism down.
Getting healthy, lossing weight, healing etc requires a lifestyle change and in a very large percentage of cases that lyfestyle change includes adding regular exercise. There is no 2 ways about it.
>NO< cleanse on its own is going to be effective without this change. What you do after and between the cleanses is just as important as the cleanses themselves. This is the crucial info that is missing in all the cleansing forums. Just look at this forum and the archives you'll see very litte to almost no discussions whatsoever on the required maintenace and change of habits after folks do the MC.
I'm pretty sure you are refering to folks who in a large majority were already in pain or already suffering from some kind of gallbldder or liver problems and not that they got the pains after they did the liver flush. I can only tell you that I have done more that 18 LFs in the last 3 years and I have felt great after every single one. As a matter of fact one very interesting and pleasant effect it has on me is that I become Mistah Horndog and me and Mistah Happy just wanna do the Hokey Pokey ;+D
I stopped passing stones after around my 18 flush or so. There is a forum other than the regular
Liver-Flush forum that is just where folks have posted testmonials regarding the benefits they have gotten from the LFs. Why don't you read >that< forum and start/keep educating yourself and experimenting to find what works for you to achieve and maintain, cure or whatever you goals are that brought you to the cleanses in the first place.
