Break with a liver flush--please help!

Has anyone ever broken with a liver flush...I've been looking into it on the forum, but I haven't seen any specific instructions on how to break with the olive oil/grapefruit juice.

Do I just break the fast with that? Or do I break with juice for a day and then do the oil/grapefruit?

Also, did you use anything to help you sleep through the night like the website says?
