Well, for now anyway, parazapper, the 'elites' haven't figured out the best combo of frequency and voltage. That's what's being tested now.

But you're right, once they get those figured out, they'll be in every type of zapper.

I really hope the whole 'elite' infrastructure falls apart before then, Otherwise it's free or cheap zappers for everyone and Dr. Clark will stop being suppressed and touted so more people will know about and want zappers. *sigh*
