Oh holy sin... If Dr. Clark worried about it, I think we ought to also. What better way to weaponize a technology than by putting it in something that's supposed to be harmless and helpful?? They do that crap all the time. The enemy is humanity everywhere so, in their opinion, all's fair in love and war, eh?

Dr. Clark's concerns: (I guess you didn't read this before)

How much voltage would it take, right there in your hand? A lot less, I'm pretty sure.

And I believe they're using the frequency-based zappers here as their testing ground. They take over folks businesses with death threats all the time. But since they own the media, we'll never hear about it.
