Demodex Folliculorum Overproduction

Demodex human skin overpopulation is misdiagnosed by urgent care, dermatologists and opthalmologist. I've been having wriggling parasites on eyelashes, eyebrows, nose, ear, scalp, pubic hair and bites throughout my entire body for the past 4 months and none of these specialists I've seen have been able to give me a proper diagnosis which entails a scraping and/ or pulling of eyelashes to be detected under a microscope since these parasites are so minuscule and difficult to see with bare eye exam. I've tried treating myself with various OTC products and also prescription of permethrin and Sulfacetamide which only helped temporarily. I've been told that I have dermatitis and blepharitis (which in my estimation has been a result of the products like cliradex, tea tree oil, blephadex wipes, tea tree shampoo) used to self treat myself since none of these specialists have microbiology laboratory to be able to examine Demodex folliculorum under microscope.
Has anyone in the Bay Area been able to get rid of these mites or can anyone refer me to Dr that can properly diagnose these parasites that are multiplying every day it seems!
