Yes, Liver Flush will help you a lot, but you may need a number of those before you get cleaned up. There is no switch that gets turned on or off and you get sick. It is many years of abuse to our body that we get into a diseased state.

If you have IBS, you must first look at repairing your gut. Your gut microbes are in huge imbalance. If you get hold of this book it will give you details of what to eat and how to make your gut healthy....

Don't let the title fool you.

Basically, eat kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir everyday and then there are fruits and vegetables that will help you. Alcohol, sugar, Antibiotics will damage your gut further.

This can be fixed, it will take some work.
