Well, my thought was that if I go into the fast with the attitude that I'm going to be equally tired as last time, it might just become a self-fulfilling belief. So, I was wondering if maybe it was a good idea to set the intention to be somewhat active this time..
I will listen to my body first, of course - but at times it can be tricky for me to know whether it is the mind seing an opportunity to endulge and be lazy or actual tiredness.
