No your mistaken, there are others that "allegedly" make High PPM made with Phosphates and bromides and its called Ionic Silver.

I think that is what Don Quotee was referring to, however, they way he alluded to it would make one believe that all High PPM Colloidal Silver is the same and they are not.

Ionic Silver made with "Silver Protein" or phosphates, or Bromides usually an ugly light brown to dark brown color looking solutions.

Other Ionic Silver's can be produced with Chlorides, hydroxides, nitrates , cyanides, and even embalming fluid. As has been stated before, the Rice University concluded that even nanoparticle Colloidal Silver contains Ionic Silver, which is what make the low PPM nanoparticle solutions efficient and not the nanoparticles.

The above is utterly contrary to what traditional nanoparticle Low PPM sellers believed and reported.

The Rice University went further and stated that Low PPM is not enough that the pathogens will build immunity to the Low PPM Colloidal Silver . So they encourage High PPM Colloidal Silver.
