Thanks for the response. I have been using a natural B vitamin complex from Garden of Life and have tried various other supplements (GABA, cortisol lowering supplements, melatonin with L-theanine, etc).
In the beginning, I had some good success and returned back to normal sleeping but then everything reverted back to my normal insomnia. I think I had the most success with the GABA.
The only thing that I can think of that may have caused this is I took an edible weed brownie in late August when I was on vacation and since then my troubles started. I am not a chronic weed user and only smoke it once every few weeks. I have stopped now since I think it is what caused my issue.
Can anyone share any insights as to why just a single edible could have caused this and how to remedy it? I think it may have somehow permanently altered my GABA functions in the brain or somehow changed my circadian rhythm and changed when my body produced melatonin.
