Just a guess but the odor is caused by parasites in your gut. Mine odor was so bad I couldn't stand the smell. DXs just don't believe humans have parasites so they are unlikely to help you.

The funny feeling in your gut may be the round worms living in your small intestine. When I would try to do a fast they would raise a rucus.
If the pain goes away when you eat....it's ascaria.

A good test is to get some fenbendazole horse paste.
Take 50 MG/KG. Look for worms in you next BM.

The other method is to get some Pyrantel Pomoate (Pinx) at the drug store and take the recommended dose. I don't like this method because it does not kill the parasites it only paralyzes them for 8-12 hours. If you aren't having good BM it will just piss them off. Been there ...done that. Tweet
