Re: Super sensitive smell

Thank you! Initially I was about 80kg (I'm 180cm tall) with about 15-20% body fat. Today is day 27 (the best day so far) and I'm about 64 kg. My weight loss is usually 1kg/day in the first 2 weeks and then it very rapidly declines. I believe that a huge part of that initial loss is water. I look like Bruce Lee and I have to say my body is very smart at consuming up tissue. I still have breast muscles and some deltas, the fat breakdown is minimally visible on my face. To be honest I look much younger overall. I still have some fat on my buttocks and it seems to be used up with the same speed as the muscles from my thighs. (Yes, unlike most men who's primary fat store is the belly, mine has always been ass + inner thighs.) It's obvious that such small amount of remaining fat can't anymore cover my daily energy expenditure, hence the rapid muscle breakdown on my thighs. Still, I feel great and fresh, but I prefer staying near the bed and read something or do something with my laptop. The shittiest days were around day 10 and day 20 for me. This day is child's play, I wouldn't be surprised if I could push it beyond day 30. I will start eating only in case of emergency or hunger because currently I have absolutely no hunger. Hunger completely avoided me during this fast and during weeks 2 and 3 the smell and thought of food made me nauseous.

Good luck with your fast. The weigh loss will dramatically slow down. I've read about several other guys even skinnier than us who successfully completed day 30. Just don't waste your energy. Another thing: Up until day 25 my IPhone health app shows an average of 4.5km daily walk distance. You can conserve even more energy by avoiding that.
