Super sensitive smell

In the last few days I became more and more sensitive to smell surrounding me. Today on my way to buy some emergency fruit (I ended up with a huge bag :-D) a I had to avoid the highway because I was literally suffocating from smoke. I felt it so clearly and strong I could have listed the components in it. When I arrived at home and felt the smell of some (artificial) fragrances I felt that my stomach is already bad enoug, I got fed up and took action.

In the last few days I gradually became more and more sensitive to some stuff in the bathroom and kitchen as well. I had to throw out things with strong fragrances (soap blocks, ikea candles, etc) and opened all doors and windows because they make me vomit. Yesterday I took off the bedclothes from my bed and slept without them because the smell of the conditioner I've used to wash it was unbearable. The same happened to some of my jeans. Currently I'm washing them with pure water and the only thing I poured in instead of washing liquid is some malt vinegar and nothing instead of conditioner. I have tons of food at home but have zero hunger to eat them - interestingly the 5% distilled malt vinegar induced some mouth watering. :-)
Vinegar > fruits? :-)

I didn't have problems like this in the previous fast although that was shorter. This whole thing was super unexpected. Ive used this conditioner to wash my clothes for years. Now it's probably time to look for some natural alternatives.
