Re: Wondering what the proper "chain of events" should be?

My Naturopath recommended that I get rid of all of the parasites before I did a liver cleanse. Liver flukes are very common. I trust my Naturopath. He has been in business for 31 yrs. and I consulted with him frequently when dealing with the parasites. It has taken me many months to get rid of my parasites. New types kept showing up. I am still in the parasite egg killing phase and will be for a few more months. Then it's on to the liver cleanse.
We all want to rush and get better. Unfortunately, killing parasites will make you ill. You have to essentially poison yourself to kill the parasites and then they have die off symptoms that make you feel even worse. So you have to get worse before you get better. Be prepared. Killing parasites is a long term project. Possibly 12- 18 months. Tweet
