PCOS & pH connection experiment

Hi There,

I feel like I am in the same boat.
I was only diagnosed at 28 ( i am 35 now) and have only had 1 period per year since I was 13.

I have always been 'average to strict' with my diet, and have worked out an average amount.

Recently I did the SP Cleanse, which worked as a liver detox, and gave me a period. It also is a very strict antiinflamatory diet. I have monitored my pH through the cleanse, and after giving up coffee, sugar, flour(s) and dairy, eating mostly vegetables, fruits lean meats, quinoa and lentils, my pH went from 6.0 (continually) to 7.6+ during the phase of the cleanse.

Today, I went off the cleanse, and had coffee, a crossiant, and my pH dropped again to 6.0.

through the YEARS of treatments and medical advisors I have been seeeing, pills, metformin, etc etc etc... I am truly feeling like pH might be the ticket here... I am going to continue this experiment, monitoring my pee with litmus paper (can be found on amazon just search 'pH paper' and I will report back with any updates.

I already feel 'better' with eliminating the junk from my diet.. .but I will report back on here and let everyone know!!
