I have not done any colon cleansing other than a few days on The Master Cleanser . Amazingly no, I have never had a problem with acne.

My last two periods were exactly on schedule. I have almost never had my period come "on time." This is a completely foreign concept to me. I went through a bottle of Vaxa's Buffer pH and think that had something to do with it. I also take Miracle II drops in my water. They are extremely alkalizing. So perhaps my alkalizing approach will work. Unfortunately I am off my diet at the moment and eating too much junk. Tweet
